KONVERSI TAKARAN

 KONVERSI TAKARAN UKURAN DASAR / UKURAN VOLUME BAHAN UNTUK BAHAN LIQUID/CAIR:

1 liter = 1000 cc = 1000 ml
1 sendok teh = 5 cc = 5 ml
1 sendok makan = 15 cc = 15 ml
100 cc = 100 ml (6 2/3 sendok makan)
1 cc = 1 ml
1 gelas (cup) = 250 cc = 250 ml

UNTUK BAHAN TEPUNG
UKURAN SENDOK TEH
1 sdt gula pasir = 4 gram
1 sdt soda kue = 4 gram
1 sdt Baking Powder = 4 gram

UKURAN SENDOK MAKAN
1 sdm tepung terigu = 10 gram
1 sdm gula merah = 15 gram
1 sdm brown sugar = 10 gram
1 sdm garam = 10 gram
1 sdm mentega/margarine = 12 gram
1 sdm coklat bubuk = 7 gram
1 sdm air = 15 gram
1 sdm gula pasir = 20 gram

275 F = 140 C = Sangat Rendah
300 F = 150 C = Rendah
325 F = 170 C = Agak Rendah
350 F = 180 C = Sedang
375 F = 190 C = Agak Tinggi

425 F = 220 C = Tinggi
450 F = 230 C = Sangat Tinggi
